Create email signature block

Hi there, I need someone who has graphic design skills and who is familiar with the way in which email signature blocks are set up, to design an email signature block for my business. Key requirements: 1. I have the colour palette (RGB codes) and logo already . I don't need those designing. 2. I need somone who understands the different formats that can be used for the elements within an email siganture block, and who understands the different ways of formatting the signature block. 3. Is it very important that the signature block reads OK on a desktop computer and ALSO on a mobile phone (without the design elements become squashed or illegible on a mobile phone). 4. Once the diesgn is completed, I need 18 of these signature blocks creating for my 18 staff. They will be virtually identical - the only differences will be the personal phone numbers and email addresses. I can provide a more detailed brief prior to this project commencing, showing examples of other signature blocks used in my industry, for comparison purposes.
