Complete assessment process

The user creates an assessment and emails are sent to the tutor and just 1 to the guardian. That email has a link to http://......../crm/students/assessmentpg1/1240 which automates the process of a guardian accepting documents. Previously as you know 2 large documents were sent out. No document is required to be sent to the student now as everything is done online. The student information pack is now just a download available on the student portal. I have already created the framework for the 3 webpages to be styled. http://......crm/aptemails/emailattachment2/26/12/1233 The webpages need aptutoring logos , be a popup window and look better than what it looks now. I will send examples of what it could look like. The thing needs to be installed later on aptutoring server . The guardian to fill in the webpages needs to have a time limit to complete the docs eg a few days as the link cant stay viable forever. The telephone numbers need to be filled in The terms and conditions need to appear in a scrollbox with a checkbox to be filled in before continuing. There is no 4th webpage but just a link to ezydebit.
