PDF Proof Package

I am a Marketing Consultancy, trying to put together a winning proof package, which will display the talent of my team. I need someone who is very good at creating beautiful documents. It will be in PDF format, but of course will need to be Designed in Photoshop first. I have all of the written content already done. All you will need to do is Design it with my logo, color scheme, etc etc. You can use your own creative abilities to make it pretty. If you have the tool called Snag-it, this will certainly tip the scales in your favor. The reason is that you will need to take screen shots of Websites, Logos, Brochures, SEO ranking screen shots etc etc. I am wanting a solo freelancer, and NOT a team of people or an agency. Please don't reply if you do not fit this criteria. I also ask that you only reply after reading through this carefully and only respond to those specific things that were mentioned.
