Digital Ads Designer (Social, Programmatic, etc.)

We're looking for a motivated, talented graphic designer with lots of experience in digital advertising to help our early-stage, venture-backed company produce digital ads. Our ideal candidate is able to create on-trend, impactful and visually appealing digital advertisements across a variety of online channels (Facebook/LinkedIn and Programmatic primarily) by using strong branding and graphic design skills. Demonstrated experience in graphic design and branding will be required. Portfolio of past work (i.e. digital ad design examples) is highly preferred. Candidate will be executing against creative briefs assembled by our marketing team. Skills: - Can build ads for social channels (FB, LinkedIn, etc.) and programmatic channels (banner, etc.) - Animated ad & gif skills a big plus but not necessarily a requirement - Previous work with digital advertising - Driven, relentless, efficient - Creative, tactical, agile - Flexible, fast turnaround time - Strong graphic design and branding skills - Ability to hone in on consistent brand aesthetic over time, and iterate designs within aesthetic We will likely undergo 1-2 trial runs. This role has high potential to evolve into an ongoing partnership -- in fact this is our preferred outcome! We are developing a stable of at-the-ready, ongoing freelancer support to help our internal marketing team reach our goals.
