**Please note: I have an Apple MacBook. This database and program need to function on MAC OS.** Project: I have 2 different lists. One list is a CSV file with every business in one State in the USA. (4,500,000+ records) which needs to be turned into a usable database. The file includes the business name, the people who own and operate the business, the business address etc. The other list(s) are lists I purchase that have real estate owned by businesses. These lists do NOT have the names of the people who own and operate the businesses, just the business/entity name. The key identifier in both lists is the business/entity name. I need a program to match records from my real estate lists to records in the MA business database and merge the two so the final result includes business name, business owner and operators, and the real estate the businesses own. I buy these lists regularly so I need the program to be able to allow me to easily merge new lists in the future. I know nothing about database design, SQL, VBA, Excel etc. so you would need to advise on the best way to build the database/program and on if it should be hosted locally or have a web based program etc. Thanks!

1. Excel expert with extensive vba programming experience. I am versed in multiple languages as well as SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access, My SQL. After talking to you more I could advise you better as to which approach would work better for you and whether or not you should host it locally or on the web. I can build a program for you that you can reuse each day to merge new files and merge them into the new database. I do work similar to this regularly. 2.
