English teacher for my kid.

I need one English Teacher for my boy (8-years old) . PHRASE ONE => Pronunciation Must: a) Native or near native pronunciation; (You do not need to know other languages.) b) Clear pronunciation; (You do not need to have linguistic experiences ) c) Knowing IPA. Because the teaching of this phrase will be based on IPA rules. d) Knowing syllable and word stress. e) Knowing the classification of speech sounds, and the rules of reading a new word. f) Tell me your English accent, UK/USA/Australia/others. Goals: 1) After been trained, My boy can read any words clearly and correctly when he comes across the words with IPA symbols noted. 2) After been trained, My boy can guess and read words clearly and correctly when he comes across the words without IPA symbols sounds noted. (No need for 100%, average 80% but they must be random words.) Schedule: All teaching time will be based on China Time Zone; From 17:00 to 23:00 for weekdays; Weekends; Notes: a)You can bid this job by hours or by project. By hours, pls tell me how many hours do you need to make it happen? By project, tell me your budget and how long it will take you to make it happen? b)If you are not sure my son's English Level, I can arrange a short talk for you. Before it, I need to talk to you for 1minutes~ 3minutes. c) You will be responsible to me not to my boy for this job, So you do not need to treat him like client.
