The inputs from various thermocouples (may have 4-20mA transmitter with it) of the Induction furnace will be as Analog input to the control system. These inputs will be used to analyze and develop logic program for developing the control action required on turning on & off or analog control of the furnace temperature. I can prepare the concept diagram, IO list, Logic diagram as per your format and also guide on the control requirement as per the process and operation requirements if given an opportunity.
