Administrative Clerk

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; Assist the executive team with daily tasks Organizing corporate lunch meetings Maintaining a weekly expense report Maintaining and ordering office and kitchen inventory Handling all aspects of outgoing and incoming mail and deliveries Distribution of manual checks to appropriate entities Handling of communication with the contracted cleaning company Other administrative/clerical duties not outlines here
