By this letter, I want briefly to introduce myself. My name is Rakanovic Ljubisa, I come from Bosnia and Herzegovina. I'm currently unemployed. My last job (seasonal job) was in Spain as a sales promoter for parties as well as customer service for complaints and special requests. The last two seasons I did this job. The company I worked for before this was phone sales company, I was working in the customer service sector, where I stayed for a year. During the course of my studies I was working for years in the hospitality industry as a bartender / waiter as well as a team leader where I acquired the skills of the organization of the business, the shift schedule of employees and the work of accounting. Thanks to the experience I gained in these positions, I realized the importance of clear communication and quality support for users. I'm used to working in a dynamic environment and I have a highly developed ability to focus on key tasks, even under pressure. I am reliable, accurate and ready to assist colleagues in answering user's queries.
