We would like to get a simple macro if you are familiar with VBA in excel. The base is an excel sheet with a few hundred-thousand building addresses. For each address, a link to a pdf exists. In this pdf, on page 1, multiple data need to be read out and put to the corresponding address line. On page two it should be counted how many "apartments" are listed. Here multiple pages, multiple entrances or no apartments could occur (see examples). We only would need the total counted in one cell. The process should be fully automated for all addresses. So that I can add new data/addresses and if the macro starts, all data out of the corresponding pdf and address is added/existing is updated/replaced.
