GUI and some code for custom video/photo booth (details inside)

I need to develop a windows application that has a simple GUI for a video booth. A few more details will be given to the person ultimately chosen. But here's the basics: - GUI starts up and checks the current wireless connection to make sure it is activate and connected to a specified wireless AP (by name). Does basic error checking/troubleshooting for them. - GUI allows booth operator to create a new job folder ("Nike Christmas Party 2019") - GUI now presents user with a few options: Fetch New Files and Reprint - User can "fetch new files". When this happens, software connects to a LAN webserver which provides a CSV formatted listing of files, software only downloads new files to the current work folder. - Each new video file is the same length, we want to first generate 4 random thumbnails from the video file and put them into a photobooth strip (more on that in private). Then give the user the opportunity to print the generated image file. - User can also tag esach video file with a list of phone numbers (into a simple csv format database) - User can see a thumbnail of all existing videos/strips and can click on them to re-print them if they wish. - In the background, video files will be manipulated using simple ffmpeg commands to make basic edits and add music for example. This is actually fairly simple but looking for a very robust solution for this part. So in short: It will grab new files video from a LAN webserver, create a photobooth style strip from the video files, allow the user to print/reprint copies of photobooth strips, and in the background it will perform some simple manipulations on the video files to generate final video files for upload later. Final deliverables will be a compiled copy as well as all source code.
