Windows application

Hello there, I specialise in - and offer- Windows design and development, using Visual C++ as the programming language - which most of Windows is written in and windows Services are usually written in(due to Services requiring low-level and advanced execution privileges, more often than not). Should be able to develop this for you within a few days. I will need to know the names of the other services, and have a PC on which those monitored-services are running - for testing purposes. Other than that, it should be a relatively simple to develop this MOnitoring Windows Service. Compatibility of ONE binary on ALL Windows versions may be another matter, and may require the code to be rebuilt targetting some of the O/S flavours(Windows server later versions, for example).

I will develop windows service to monitor other services and start them. Also, the application will auto schedule task in windows to check itself is running or not. I will also develop a GUI based control panel to set a time schedule and other settings if needed. I have 4 years of experience in C# windows and web application development.
