Find and extract info from image

We need some info extracted from screenshots of a game. There are 5 "cards" on each screen that I need extracted into their own images. Your code needs to smart enough to handle extracting the cards from screenshots of different resolutions. The cards can appear in a few different locations. You only have to include the cards that are fully visible( one row ) and be sure to include the bits of data on the bottom. Some of the cards are "highlighted" Be sure to include the entire frame. I've attached a few examples of what the source images look like. You need to code this in C# and you can choose to make it a console app or a forms app. The look of the app is not important, but the quality and speed of the processing is very important. I will test the app with many different resolutions and many different cards. The extracted images have to be 100% reliable.
