ecommerce website with backend

I need a new website. I need you to design and build my online store. - no templates to be used(if u have a site already built, then i can view demo and if im happy, maybe a few modifications and can purchase it outright. website details - multiple suppliers, multiple user account access, - customers sign up via email registration, customers accounts access can be limited to which suppliers/products they can purchase. - multiple locations for warehouse stock, inventory, purchase order module(including receiving deliveries, adjust delivery quantities and price if required, and control missing items in deliveries, by creating credit invoices linked to that purchase order) - keep track of product cost price, current and any price increases(email admin to notify price increases) - multiple reports, sales reports, purchase reports etc.. - finally, will need this website linked to MYOB accountright live. MYOB supply their api with all the detailed programming to link using api. , you will need to download and figure out how to integrate. i will let u know what we require to transfer to myob. overall need this site to be user friendly, and easy to use, adding products, pictures, prices, promotions. if u have any sites already built, plz message the demo link, for me to test. thank you
