As per my understanding, a help center is to be developed for the existing website using Zend platform. It will have video tutorials, articles, walkthroughs etc. We have few questions, which are given below: - The content is to be managed by admin from the backend? - The database part is already done or we have to made the changes in the existing database? - Kindly let us know the point of integration with the existing website? - Even visitor will be able to use the help center or only the logged in users will be able to do so? ++++++++++++ You may ignore the bid & once you answer above questions, I can then estimate it precisely.
