Hello, I am very interested to help you. I have a lot of experience in Angular and Ionic. If I understand well you want to upgrade your Ionic app, what is the version of your Ionic app? Have you check if all of your cordova plugin work with the last version of ionic? Because I had a lot of trouble with some plugin since ionic V3. Concerning the routing I understand well the angular routing because I started by angular before going to Ionic. So quickly : First you need to create a router module where you will write your routes, in your app component you need to add a router-outlet. Once you navigate to a certain path, the router will look for a match inside the routes you defined, and display the page inside the right outlet. About me : I am a french engineer in IT. I worked as a web developer in France since 2009. I worked for different companies with lot of different framework and web technologies. I develop on Angular since 4 years and 2 years with ionic. I have implemented an ionic app for the french rally called securally 3 years ago with the ionic framework and angular.
