Mobile app for sending SMS,CALL,CRM,POS

I'm impressed with your work seen so far. Now I want to develop an app. that behaves CRM and POS. The bills or invoice is send to customer via SMS. The app will profile customers in this case farmers. The app registers farmers details including their images and also capability to group them. and you can select a farmer to start engaging via SMS or a CALL directly from the app. The app allows multiple user roles with access right configured centrally. You may need to integrate Twilio API for sending SMS and Chatbot or any other Bulk SMS API. Ability to share info like images and video to farmers or group of farmers via whatsapp accounts. Farmers can SMS group admin for any inquiries and group admin can see the text and text back via the app. Farmer can also call the group admin and the call can be received via app. The app can register farm resource availability(tracker, casual labour) and integrate with uber like interface for locating a resource
