I want to start a service where I give students space on my server and allow them to update their own web page(s) there. But most ppl I know do not want to do much work so it has to be simple, like push button to download page, edit it, push button to review it, and push button to put it back on server. Another button to look at it on the Web.
In other words, a simple program that allows them to create a page, modify it and put it on my server.

database server is not required, but would make it faster

I already have a similar system in place for my clients to use. It is a template driven site whereby they can add, edit and remove pages as they wish. With the combination of colours and themes it is possible to acheive over 100,000 themes. Each page can utilize a different theme and all contents are editable. Whats more the pages can be edited form any web browser.
