SImple enhancements to Joomla site

We need some quick enhancements to a joomla web site and can't wait for our graphic designer to get back from vacation. The changes are: - Add light turquoise to background (left, right, and below of center content) - Add light gray background color to left side navigation column - Add a 3D look to the top header section by adding some thickness and depth to the horizontal line across the top header block (rectangle) - Add 3 pixels of spacing to the left side of both the left navigation menu and the main body of text so the text is not touching the borderline - Change the bullets in the menu so they are squares, not circles - Resize the logo in the upper left corner so the figures are squares, not rectangles If you've got an hour to knock this out, please let me know and I'll send you the web address so you can see it's straightforward before we begin. We need this done quickly -- today or tomorrow. If you're skilled with web design and Joomla and php, we will hire you for other projects. Thanks!
