Our call centre providing telesales to companies; e.g. haircare treatment, intimate cleansing & beautician and other personalised services to clients. Our current telephone system is a hosted IP PBX running on asterisk server. We implemented call centre on vicidial server. Currently vicidial unable to perform outbound call due to some configuration issue. We need a failover SIP which can accomodate campaigns Caller ID setting. We also need to configure asterisk server on SMS, single recipient or SMS blasting. Previously we tested our asterisk server running on elastix was able to send out SMS. Need to implement security measures without compromising voice quality to protect client's info.

We need to migrate our crm system from sugarCRM CE 6,5,16 build 1 to vtiger 6.5.0 .The idea is to do it as a fixed prise and terms project. You get a sugar dump-file from us and we receive a vtiger dump-file back. Thats what the technic-boys told me to say . The size of the sugar CRM is not that big: 2750 contacts, 8200 companys, 23900 leads, +customized fields and attached datasets like activitates and notices. I'am not sure how much effort it takes, but to me it don't looks like a big thing.
I Need an Avatar system built for Vicidial. You may have heard it called something other than Avatar, but it is the technology call center agents uses which allows them to press numbers or bubbles on screen with pre-recorded voice responses rather than using their own voice to complete the call. I currently have vtiger on demand. We would like all facebook messages that come into our page create a case inside of vtiger. Then when we reply back to that case in vtiger the message should be sent back to the customer. Then when the customer replies back it should reopen the case in vtiger showing the response from the customer in the vtiger case. Also all comments & wall post would need to create a case in vtiger. Then when we reply to the case in vtiger it should reply back to the customers comment or wall post. Then if they respond back it should reopen the case.
