I've got a working example using which is an open source barcode decoder. I need my sample code to always choose the environment camera (facing away from the user) for mobile phones regardless of operating system. Currently it works fine on IOS but on android, it uses the user facing camera instead of the environment camera. This is a quick fix so I'm only considering bids $10 and under.
