I am looking for someone that can build an e-hookah or electronic hookah for me. This is the type of product I want to build: It is similar to an e-cigarette, but it is a full hookah. I need it to be able to allow people to smoke vapor, with NO tobacco or nicotine. It needs to have flavor as well. There are some websites out there with suggestions on how to build one.
