I have a google email address that receives automated emails from intercom systems when speaker circuits go down, and again when they are restored. Email's can contain a single or multiple lines. If there's a network outage at the site, a hundred or so emails will come in. After the email is read, it needs to be archived. Information received includes location, extension number, extension name, time and date, up or down.
