The modifications will include: - Increasing the number of units in the estate, specifically by adding an extra 40 units. - Executing changes in the interior layout to host the additional units. I have attached the second floor plan as an indication of the intensification required Preference will be given to candidates who have had experience in conceptualizing, designing and modifying residential layouts.
