I need 5 meshes which are in STL format that needs to undergo computational fluid dynamics analysis. I would like the mesh to be created with tetra and prisms and be error checked appropriately. I plan to analyze the data in Fluent v12 solving for regional air velocity change and flow pattern. I need airflow analysis of nose. Previous experience with Ansys and airway modeling would be preferred. We are looking for an expert with deep specific knowledge of cross-flow blowers and ANSYS CFX simulation to help us optimize the patented design. Before we award the project, we have an UNPAID test assignment to gauge the expertise of the prospective CFD contractor - i.e. simulate CFM vs Static Pressure charts at t=23 C and 1,400 RPM, 1,500 RPM and 1,600 RPM for a given design (IGS format - attached here). Modelling of three-dimensional analytical model to capture the dynamic behaviour of the model beam. The beams were modelled in detail to capture the dynamic of the structure. The shell elements and beam element were need to utilize to model the composite beam. I intended to model use adhesive in the shell model to simulated damage in connection joint. I have an approximately 6 in. x 6 in. x 1 in. composite block constructed of stacked up 15 or so of plies. It needs to be done with the Advanced Simulation Module of NX6. (1) The existing composite block design model is constructed of ply-by-ply model using NX4. (There are a few holes on the block.) These plies are needed...composite. (2) Once completed union operation, the solid model is now a single solid entity boundes by the top and bottom surfaces of the original composite. And the sides of the solid surfaces are, of course, the union of the ply crosections. (3) Using the Advanced Simulation Module of NX6, the solid is meshed for finite element (ANSYS) analysis. We have complete prepared model in Ansys workbench of one relativly simple assembly with contact problem. We have trouble with onvergence of results, therefore we search a person who will adjust mesh or setting and obtain results of analysis.

Stress/ Fatigue analysis of a truck axle(excluding shaft) is req to be carried out during different phases i.e accelaration, braking, cornering, normal static and dynamic loading (as the net weight acting on the axle varries in each situation) . All the calculations have been done using empirical formulas and they are to be reconfirmed by using ANSYS or ADAMS.. Complete drawing and geometry of axle is also available in PRO E( 2D drawings are also available ). Hence the net requirement is to carry out the stress analysis of a truck axle which includes only spring seat, tube and housing during acclaration,braking,cornering,static and dynamic loading.
