PHP Module Editing(repost)

I need someone to completely rework the [url removed, login to view] I found in Drupal, I will provide the file. The module basically has some functions that read xml feeds very well and first create a tree and then insert into the Drupal DB, the problem is they are Drupal dependent, I need them to be customized, and Drupal independence. What I need is for a function where I can insert any type of XML feed url, like RSS, RDF, ATOM, and etc and have it return to me an array tree of the items aggregated with the TITLE, CONTENT, and GUID. The TITLE being just the title of the entry/item, the CONTENT being the description or content, which ever is longer ??" note this is important some feeds have a content:encoded which is the longer version, and I need the longer version every time. The GUID should be the permalink or link to the actual page. The reason I want this module reworked is because it is very good and has a lot hacks, like the CDATA one and the header information and error message production, I want those to be kept. But otherwise the module needs to be reworked to be Drupal independent which means…. • Removing/modifying all unnecessary code • Heavy commenting • Removing/renaming functions, don’t want it to say aggregator2 anywhere. • And basically simplified to provide the functionality I described above. The [url removed, login to view] is very complete and the file will be provided to you, this project should be quite easy for an experienced PHP programmer as almost all of the code is already completed just needs editing and heavy commenting to help me take over. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
