Joomla PHP Plugin Fix - CPMFetch

I have a plugin, **CPM Fetch** that I have been trying to get working for me for the last several weeks to no avail. CPMFetch displays random images from my Coppermine gallery. The plugin was installed properly and displays my gallery pics within the install page, but once the php script is posted on my site template, it no longer works.

This should be easy to solve for a .php programmer.
