Completion of Auction site in CakePHP

Hi,

Recently my programmers started an auction site for me. He has since abandoned me and I am left with an unfinished project which I will need completed.

The site is built in CakePHP on MySQL and incorporates prototype and scriptaculous. To work on this project you will need expertise in all of these areas.

The site is basically a rebuild of the PHPProbid software ([login to view URL]). We bought the software but dont like it so decided to write our own.

Much of the site is completed already although in patches. You will need to finish things like buying an item, making swap offers, paying invoices and direct paypal payment between users for their items. Lots of the admin area is done and you will need to complete this as well. Things like out bid notices and item watching is also incorporated into the system.

The breif is not tight, so you will need to be a person with a good understanding of auction sites and you will need to be someone who can make decisions for themselves without asking me about every detail.

I have attached the database and files that have already been done, you may wish to load this in your own environment and see what pieces of the puzzle need completing before you bid. As stated most of the work is done but it is all very patchy.

This is a decent sized project and will ONLY suit someone who is an expert in CakePHP. If you have never used the framework before please do not bother bidding.

## Deliverables

The design is already done but you will need a decent understanding of html and css in order to complete parts of the site.
