• Prepare and control documents related to the international movement of goods (customs invoice, Single Administrative Declaration -DAU-, letter of credit, etc.).
• Collect the shipping documents for the goods and compile the service file (transit, customs).
• Support and management of freight reservations.
• Monitor the flow of goods, inform the customer about the process and present solutions in the event of anomalies.
• Receive customer orders (enter bookings data, etc.).
• Management of customer disputes .
