Online formbuilder application integration testing

Looking for experienced professional to conduct online formbuilder integration testing projects. We would like to pay the qualified person by the hour, this will be an ongoing project until we are satisfied with enough data and are able to understand the function of these integrations.
Some of these functions are built into the app and are more general including:

It's seems that you can test the ones that you think you can access without setting up a paid account, if you wish and since they are all close to the same. We can test further if need be. (This is for the email marketing platforms)

Please provide a (word document/or other) of what you figured out and a screencast walkthrough.
