Write software for scanning / searching facebook groups for keywords

We are looking for developer to write the program that can accomplish the following for facebook groups:
1. The program will be given a list of Facebook groups that we subscribed to
2. We will define 15-20 keywords
3. The program will scan all groups (1000+) that we are members to and identify posts that have our key words. The scans of Facebook groups runs periodically
4. When post is identified, the program will reply to this specific post and alert specific members of our team
