Website Index page loading way too slow - need corrected

Index page loads too slow.
What is obvious is the page is quite small and other pages on the site load almost instantly which indicates that it not probably the server but more likely coding issues.
We need someone who can resolve this problem so that the index page loads in a more reasonable amount of time.
Please run your own test on the index page of [login to view URL] before you bid on correcting this issue. The page should load much quicker than it does.
