SMTP & SPAM issue on Wordpress / Plesk Server

Hello, i installed WP and put SMTP settings as same as from my server settings that also work in outlook or thunderbird, somehow in WP its not possible to get the external SMTP from my server working, so i need to use inside WP-PHP Mail and every single mail lands in recipients SPAM folder.

It must be a Port (25) or small setting problem.

Is the spam problem related to PHP Mail or is it basic spam issue, and who can solve both problems for me?
