PHP script to analyze the Landsat 8 thermal bands to accurately gauge lake temperate. Also a colorized thermal jpg photo of the lake. This will be based on a square with starting point and ending point latitude and longitude & an array of temperature testing points (lat, lon).

RETURN Values
* JPG
* Array of temperature of values based on points
I will require a working proof of concept.
