We are a Nigerian company and we are looking for a website designer to help us build a custom WordPress template that looks exactly like this website [url removed, login to view] and even standout more than this website and also add all the extra plugins that they have on it. It will be a news website. You can check on the website to see all it has on it. Also check the mobile view of the link above. because we want both the mobile and pc view design of this website and we want ours to stand out even more.

Our company color is dark blue and white. We are also a design agency so we are not ready to hire a quack designer. We will hire you if you can design exactly like this template but standout a bit more with all the extra plugins that they have.
