Website setup/completion

Okay, I need someone to complete a website for me. I have the website approximately 50% done, and I have exact step-by-step instructions on how to finish this website. he site is built on Wordpress. You will need to know how to use FTP to upload graphics, use a graphic editor (like Photoshop, but the free alternative program GIMP program is recommended and can work). This is all VERY basic work. You will not be paid by the hour, but will be paid by the website completion.

Now, the best part is I am looking for someone to do this on a regular basis. It could be from 2-5 websites a week.

Step-by-step specific instructions will be provided, and all you have to do is follow these instructions exactly.

You will need to upload some articles I provide, and need to be able to use google docs to share things. This project should take 2 hours or less if you are fast, and 3 hours if you are not that fast.

The website guide and these websites are 50% done. In the future there will be more work to do, but it is easy/quick work, so you can skip ahead in this guide i have created.

I want a long-term solution that can handle 100% of this for me.
