Onepage Checkout Install and Customization For Oscommerce Based Website

The main objective of this project is to change the create account and check out process to a smaller one to make the shopping experience smoother. In the create account process the main thing to do is to add a contribution of oscommerce called onepage checkout to just have one page for the whole process. The only thing to modify is the layout of the actual webpage and then to add just three customized fields. The two of them are Entre calle y Calle which are already included in the database to create a drop down menu with the different towns in order to calculate the shipping cost for each of them using this contribution [url removed, login to view] which let me add new cities and manage their shipping rates.

In the onepage checkout contribution you can login an so the "datos de entrega" fields are automatically written (please no ajax delay for each field, only one delay when all the "required fields" are filled because a delay for each field its annoying or if you are a new customer you fill are the information in that box an then you decide to buy without an account or buy and create an account for future operations.
As you see the information that uses my checkout process is minimal because out billing address is the same as the delivery address due to all transactions are done by cash upon delivery. For this reason there is also no other shipping options and no payment options. So its easier to implement (I want those option to be commented with // or *-*, not deleted from the source code so they will be able to use it in the near future as the webpage starts to grow).
Discount coupon addons is optional so please tell me the price with this addon installed and without it.
The final thing is when the person clicks over "continuar" button to just appear the "Thanks for shopping in.... an email will be sent to with the checkout details" which is by default in onepage checkout addon, and the email that the person receives should look like an invoice with all the "datos de entrega" fields and then all the products.
