Earlier I posted a project for digital forms management system for an organization on freelancer.

unfortunately I didn't get the right developer to finish the job. So I initiated the project in-house. So far I have made almost all infrastructure but missing few things:
Forms Tracker: A general user or requisitor who has submitted the form at first, should know the status of his form i-e how many forms have been generated on his request and where the process lies now.
Forms Notification System: A facebook like notification system will be made so that when any use logs in, he find which forms had been submitted today. e-g "Mr. ATZ (general user) has submitted a Purchase Requisition (form type) Number PR-123 (Form No.)"
Only users with specific provisions will be able to view the form.
