I need a Christmas theme Flickr tool similar to [url removed, login to view] The idea is that people use a Flickr photo (using the Flickr API) and ad some basic Christmas clipart. After that they can send it as an Ecard to maximum ten friends. I have a few specifications before any bids are placed. Please do not waste my time or your own by placing a bid if you do not meet these requirements. 1) YOU must be the programmer. I do not want brokers. 2) Give 3 samples of similar applications designed in flash using action scripting. 3) You must meet my budget requirements. I would be willing to pay $400. 4) Give support through messengers. 5) Timeline and cost to finish the work. I assure you that this job will result in many future projects. Thanks for your time.
