We need a php application that allows users to post more than 140 characters to Twitter. Here is how the app will work:

* User enters tweet text into a text input.

* User is redirected to Twitter for oAuth authentication.

* tweet text is posted to a new [login to view URL] Page using the [login to view URL] API ([login to view URL])

* Tweet is posted to twitter (first few words of the tweet + link to the [login to view URL] page which contains entire tweet)

Cookie is to be stored so user doesn't need to do Twitter oAuth each time they visit the app

Attached is a mockup of the design of the app
