Flash Download Counter

i need a flash file with download button, which links to a exe file url, and on every click of the flash button to download the flash counter increments by 1..and so on for how many downloads / clicks the button has received. it needs to cope with at least 6 digits long e.g 999999 url for the file will be given to the accepted coder....really easy job for the right coder...hence Max Bid Preferably #21497c background with chrome download button and counter digit numbers (white text) underneath button. I dont need mysql connectivity just simple flash counter. I need this asap so Please only bid if you can do this FAST.! E.g Next hour or so....
