Form Generator Tool

FormGen is designed to be a RAD tool allowing simplified

§ MySQL table generation

§ Input form generation

§ Generation of MySQL Insert commands from said Input forms

§ Edit form generation

§ Generation of MySQL Update commands from said edit forms

§ FormGen will be multi-purpose but the specific immediate application in mind is for each Form to reflect the entire set of meta-data that the dbadmin requires to store on a digested contract or other document. Thus FormGen, in this context, is used as a template creation and management engine.

## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request or full installation instructions.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Exceptions is the third party popupcal referred to in the specification below.
