I want a website with a CMS section featuring a set of article categories, like "History of Natural Medicine," "Natural Herbs," "Plants of Jamaica" etc. Each category will have a set of articles or sections. Those with articles will have a list of links, which link either to anchors on the page (so all articles are in the same web page) or other pages. Those with sections are the same, but each section will have links to a set of articles. The site also needs a full-featured ecommerce section with a set of product categories and a set of products in each with user accounts and shopping cart and credit card payment automatic processing. Site needs a full-site search facility. The template for the site is done, including the main graphic. The site will need breadcrumbs to make clear to the user where he is. Beyond that, the site will need some icons and also some basic styling and simple editing of images that we have for the articles. The site must be built using Drupal or Joomla. The HTML must be valid according to the W3C and contain no TABLE tags, meaning layout is accomplished by CSS only. The HTML must be SEO-friendly, meaning semantic. More details will be presented in a PDF upload to qualified bidders.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
