Updated: Combine two programs and expand capabilities.(Repost)

IM Messanger client (C++) and Text Telephone (C++) are two existing programs to be integrated and expanded in functionality using the ISDN device and Alike-Netmeeting capabilities such as Voice, Conference, File Sharing, Desktop Sharing, Answer Machine, Video, Telephone call, Send instant message, answering machine, fax, etc. some of which are already included in the IM Messanger client. Additional requested functionality are as detailed in the attachments. Additional DLL to work with Text Telephone and ISDN will also be provided with examples. As some work have already been done, docs will be updated and priority set. Please read the attachmnet. You must know ISDN and CAPi dll's.

## Deliverables

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

## Platform

Program must work on Windows 95/98/Me/2000 and XP.

## Deadline information

First working release (Prototype)must be completed two weeks after accetance of bid. Minimal requirements are program integrations and security / protetion checking. Other functionalities can be delivered within 30 days of acceptance of the bid. I will set priorities. Programmer must be familiar with ISDN, CAPI dll's and messangers.
