Online Business Card Maker Script, Hi-Res Output

I need a script that will allow the website user: (user must set up user/pw before allowed to continue) this page will be added to existing site.

1. Pick a business card design (we will supply images, need specs) or upload their own.

2. Add their business info in a form: Company, Tag Line, Name, Title, Email, Telephone, Mobile Phone, Fax, Website URL.

3. Customer approves the card then pays through PayPal.

4. Ordered Business Card must be then emailed to our printer in 300DPI resolution and maybe in PDF format. (suggestions here welcome)

5. Ability for user to pick font from a short list and several colors (see below).

6. Font left, center & right justification.

CMYK Colors Requested:

Black= C(0%) M(0%) Y(0%) K(100%)

280 Blue= C(100%) M(78%) Y(5%) K(18%)

Reflex= C(100%) M(100%) Y(0%) K(2%)

White= C(0%) M(0%) Y(0%) K(0%)

Type Styles Requested:

BOOKMAN LIGHT / ITALIC AND BOLD

CLEARFACE REGULAR AND BOLD

TIMES ITALIC AND BOLD

SOUVENIR LIGHT

HELVETICA REGULAR AND BOLD

7. To help the process, here is a site (below) that does what I want to do except for the font & color. I only need the business card creation portion of the site so I can ad it to an existing site. The output card must be hi-res (at least 300DPI) and be able to be printed at a commercial printer with no pixelated font edges.
