Feature Add to Existing ASP.NET/C#/LINQ Website

I have an existing ASP.NET website built in C# with LINQ. The site also uses Telerik Web Controls extensively. The site displays temperatures from remote sensors.

The site utilizes a SQL 2k5 DB.

There are several changes I would like made to the site:

1. In [url removed, login to view] I would like the edit form separated out into a separate page. The edit form also doubles as an add form (called "registration" in the code comments).

2.? In [url removed, login to view] I would like to see the individual "tables" made into user controls: Graph, Current Conditions, Device Status, Device Details, etc.

3. The temperatures in the database are all stored in Celsius. I would like your suggestion on how to best handle the conversion between C and F. The current problem is that when a user enters in temperatures in F, the system converts them into C. When they are displayed again to the user, they are convereted back to F. However, sometimes the rounding in the current code produces changes in the number presented back to the user.

4. Test the site for errors and look at existing code for opportunities to clean it up.

I'm looking for someone who can help me maintain this site in a longer term relationship. If this first phase goes well, I look forward to continuing to work with you.
