Developing a registration form with CakePHP

DESCRIPTION:

- We need a registration form that will also be used to validate the data that we already have in our database (validation form).

- We will send an email to our contacts already in our database with a link to this form in order for them to validate and complement it. Existing information will be displayed in this form through the id of the center concerned.

- The same form may be used as a registration form with access through a link on our site. The information provided should be registered in our database.

- There must be a distinction between these two cases and provide a blank form for registration and completed form with the corresponding data for validation.

EXISTING:

- Html developed form (based on bootstrap) ready to be developed in CakePHP.

- It uses jQuery-steps (vertical steps) as JavaScript ([url removed, login to view]) for scrolling the registration steps.

TO DO:

- Retrieve existing data from our database to insert them in the form.

- Compare the data that has been modified and/or added and save them in the database if it be so.

- Link the finish button to the “inscription/finish” page.

- Send an email to the referent with his username and password when clicking on the “finish” button.

- Send an email to the admin (us) with : center’s id, center’s name, center’s city, center’s city’s zip code, referent’s information, center’s presentation

- Fix display problems of the jQuery (the rest of the form appears at the bottom of the page when you click on the “next” button).

- Make sure there’s no blank field when information is required
