Streaming Automation -- 2

I am in need of an expert coder to build a program that will automate a few processes on a website and in turn automate the live stream on these sites here [url removed, login to view] to begin with, the one chosen for this project will also be given the next 2 projects by default and we will work out a fee on those at a later date.

What I need to happen is this: On [url removed, login to view] my clients broadcast there games as they play them and interact with chatters that subscribe to there channel, I need to be able to add Viewers and chatbots so it gives the apperance of many people in there channel at one time, I currently have a program but it is not very well automated and is becoming hard to control becase my streamers are on at all different hours of the night and I want them to be able to go to a website input there own start and stop times and away they go, I need to be able to bill them up front and have this pretty much handle it themselves.

Here are a few tools that already manually do this if you want to see a demonstration [url removed, login to view] I will give access to all my tools so you can see just how it works now and maybe make it better

Here is what I need:

An account creator that will make an account with these :

Random name

Test that against the website

Email address

Verified Email

Account with an Oauth code

Profile Info [this can be random spun info]

Proxy list used to hide IP

A Live ViewerBot that will add fake viewers into the stream using a text file with the above account names in it, this also needs the parameters below:

Live Viewers

Proxy file so I can control the IP

Viewer Count Control that will add and remove viewers to look natural

Ability for the streamer to adjust the times

Ability for the streamer to restart the stream

Ability to turn off the streamer if they need too

A Live ChatBot that will interact with the live streamer and look natural, a program that reads off a text files and says it in stream at random intervals that the client can adjust to there taste and it must have this:

Programmable text file

Proxy Connected

Random adjustable Chat times

uses the above Account names

A followBot that will follow streamers channels:

Follow Streamers Channels as requested

Interval Setup [Follows are done at random times]

I would like this to hook into a website that I own so the client can order viewers,chatters or follows to their stream all automated and I would like it to be responsive to the client

The client goes to the website and signs up, They then go to the order page and request the amount of Chatters or Viewers and pays for that, the customer then gets an account setup on my site with a landing page all there own.

The customer can then adjust all of their own viewers and random chats or follows as they see fit

This needs to run as hidden from twitch as we can possible make using proxy lists.

the client in case they have to restart the stream it will auto start back up again and also they have the ability to set times and days for this and pay appropriately for

the services IE: a client wants 1000 followers to follow there channel it will cost $$, so i need to be able to change the sales amount on the back-end

I currently have a program that will do this but so far it is lacking in the automation area and I have to do this by hand and it is getting rather hard to keep up with all

the customers demands and it is very outdated and needs to be redone .

I will also need to add more modules to this at a later date and we will negotiate a fee at that time, so if you're able to do this awesome start bidding and I hope to be working with you soon.

I am open to any suggestions as far as how this can be accomplished using different programs other than the 5 that i am limited to on Freelancer
