Generating a PDF of a whole Joomla!-Website

We're working on a web based documentation solution, in which every website has to fit on a single A4 page and must be printable. All those sub-sites / pages are accessible with a menu link.
While we can generate a PDF / print the current website with native browser / OS functionality, we need a solution, that allows us to print the whole website (so all single pages) on one go.
minimal functionality requirements are
- print all sites strictly according to the styles in our [login to view URL] (no browser footer or headers on the output)
- output: PDF-File
advanced functionality:
- range setting, which pages should be printed (range defineable by page numbers and / or menu and submenus)
- status notification in %
minimal GUI requirement is:
- button "print current page"
- button "print all pages"
the sites are built in JoomShaper PageBuilder
