Webpage with candlestick chart using React with slider overlay as input

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a webpage with a candlestick chart using React. The chart will be populated with stock market data. It is fine to use an external library as long as it is free for commercial use. The chart should also have an overlay horizontal bar with a slidable handle on the right side that allows users to adjust the price of a stock price alarm. As the user moves the handle, there is a input box that updates to show the price selected. If user enters price on input box, the handle will move to that price. I can provide sample candlestick data for testing or connect to some free market data API.

In terms of design, I have some ideas but I need assistance in finalizing the design. I am open to the freelancer's suggestions and expertise in creating a visually appealing and user-friendly layout for the webpage.

Skills and Experience:

- Proficient in React and JavaScript

- Experience in working with candlestick charts and data visualization

- Ability to create a slider overlay function

- Experience in web design and layout, with the ability to assist in integrating solution into another website.

- Knowledge of how to comsume APIs with React
